As a true Cottage Industry Business our focus will always be on hand made products. I am passionate about supporting other crafters and providing them an offordable opportunity to sell their creations and introducing art and craft to the wider community.
Our products include hand poured soy candles and melts, essential oil blends, palm free soaps, sewing, quilting, crochet, jewellery and personalised gifts and decor. Many of our crafters welcome custom orders so don’t hesitate to send through a message.

Thank you for visiting and shopping at Glow With Love. Following are the terms and conditions that constitute our Shipping and Returns policy.
Orders are processed within 2-4 business days, however if you have any of my soy products in your shopping cart orders can take take up to 5 days for dispatch as all my soy products are hand poured at time of ordering.
Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or public holidays.
If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.
Shipping charges are recommended for each product based upon size and weight to reduce costs for customer. We gladly combine shipping for multiple items. Collection is available at regional markets that we attend each month. Select local pick up and arrangements will be made once checkout is complete. or Local pick up is available for the Cairns and surrounding areas ONLY.
If you choose Local pick up, once checkout is complete , we will make contact with you to arrange a suitable time and date for pick up.
You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s).
Any discrepancies must be reported within 7 days of receiving your order. No exchange or returns will be allowed after 7 days from receipt of your order. Exchange and returns are only possible for faulty products.
If an error has been made by ‘Glow With Love‘ with regards to an order, either invoicing or packing, we will gladly pay for return shipment. If the customer requires urgent re-dispatch, it will be necessary to pay for goods at the time the re-order is lodged, which will then be credited/refunded when we receive the returned Goods.
Errors made by customers when placing their order can’t be returned.
Goods must be re-packed carefully for return and the package must include a letter identifying your invoice number, name, contact information as well as why the goods are being returned. Whether you require a credit or replacement, it is extremely important to provide as much detail as possible about what you are returning and why, so that the return can be processed accurately and promptly.
